Progreso is one of my least favorite ports. We usually just shop there.

Some might say sketchy but it was cool. Keep your head on a swivel but you should do that anywhere. We didn't do an excursion.

It was a nice port. Clean. We did the VIp all inclusive excursion and it was awesome! Very friendly staff. Gabby our tour guide was amazing!!

We took a private excursion here to see some lovely sinkholes and swim in the most crystal clear wated we had ever seen and some of the prettiest country side we ever seen.

Progreso is not ready for large ships to come to port, activities down town were poor and not very good

Not as beautiful as Cozumel, however, they are making progress and worth the stop if you enjoy history.
