Review summary

We had a good time but were offered $25 each per room w/ max of $50 per room and only received $12.50 each. I reported this to the cruise line and they told me is American Airlines fault, American Airlines said it was Carnival, both pointing fingers. Both will pay as I will use another airline (Jet Blue) to purchase cruises and another cruise line to sail with.

On board credits are per cabin not per person. 2 people in cabin would be 12.50 credit each.

It was who you booked through. I hear it all the time. If not booked through the cruiseline, it is always your rep who dropped the ball. Hear it for every cruiseline. But, still try someone else to cruise with.

Well let’s see if you spending a couple dollars more for being shafted out of 12.50 works out for you

Don't know what you're saying? Please explain. $25 each for a cabin?
