We didn't buy the excursions on the ship we just took a cab around town and we had an amazing time. our driver let us get off at each stop and take pictures.

Took taxi for $10 for two of us to golden district. Here we enjoyed lunch and drinks at a resort we just walked into and went to beach and saw crabs and was our favorite port. Finished with the best shopping there in golden district and a $10 taxi back to ship. Had a very romantic day for my wife’s birthday. She said it was her favorite
