We did the glass bottom boat and we should have saved that money for something else. The last time I did this excusion the bottom was glass this was boxes that you had to bend over to look down into while on a rocking boat. Not worth it!

Three farms - excursion called Sense-Sational Kona by Canival, such fun at a Chocolate, Natural soap & coffee farm (3 total) walked back from bus drop off to Splasher’s Grill for Ohno fish tacos (hubs) & med veggie wrap for me (we knew about this place from other travels, so knew it’d be good & it’s right near the pier in Kona & across from the ABC store...sooo soo good!

This city definitely needs a Pier as most cruises that visit a city frequently have a pier built instead of tendering the boat. Too much time is spent waiting online for a boat to pick you up and bring you back to the crew ship. Besides this factor this was one of our favorite islands

I didn't get to tender to this side due to my wheelchair. I sent my spouse to get souvenirs and I rested and went to the spa for one of their specials.

I always love the tender ports! We don't have to look at ports with views of parking lots :) We also did one of my best excursions to date here! The "Sense-Sational Kona" was wonderful - learned so much! Thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommend.
