Really amazing destination, we stayed here 4 days but definitely not long enough, hired a car and went around the island as well as a helicopter ride . We will return!!

It’s dark, dingy. They did give us leis upon entry. We stayed at a hotel upon return to this port and went on our own to Waikiki Beach, Dole, the north shore, Diamond Head Monument and Pearl Harbor.

Spent a few nights here at the end of our cruise. Favorites are the Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch. We would like to spend more time at the North shore. We rented a Condo at the Iliakai. A great choice. Rent your car from the airport here. I paid $50 for a taxi to pick up our car off site. Also, very little parking in Waikiki, and expensive. So don't rent a car if staying in Waikiki or plan to spend $35 extra a day for parking.

We did the Stars and Stripes Princess Excursion. We loved it! Only 12 people and we got a tour of the USS Arizona, USS Missouri, USS Bowfin, Aviation Museum and the Punch Bowl Cemetery. Our tour guide (Cousin Chuck) was a great storyteller and so knowledgeable!

We hiked up Diamond Head was awesome and the view was well worth it. Great cardio hike.
