we walked two blocks up from the TI at the cathedral and took the #3 bus to Illetes to a beautful beach--the bus was 1.25 each was

Beautiful island....a must see. Better than Sorrento. Our tour bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus to board. Tour guide could be better as she seemed annoyed with side questions about the beautiful island.

We took advantage of a local taxi driver who agreed to show us around and it was a great decision. We visited a charming town, saw sights of local interest and shopped in an old medieval village.
