Yes, we did an excursion. Pompeii was too crowded (it was mid-afternoon) and we didn't see much of it because we had very little time. Also didn't enjoy the walk from the bus to the site, it would have been nice if we could have gotten off the bus at the site. Sorrento was beautiful and wonderful. The views, the restaurant, the shops, the people, it was one of the best!

We went to Sorrento on our own because Shore Excursions totally screwed up although we had paid for 4 people. We had to leave the bus very disappointed and disgusted.
