Lots of options at this port. We chose to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum. We have seen the Amalfi coast before, but will never tire of the spectacular scenery.

Nice people. City is dirty with lots of graffiti. However italian residents were helpful. We met a great taxi driver who took us to Sorrento. Thanks to Google translation AP we were fine!! Sorrento was beautiful! Thank you Luigi for helping us!

Cruise port is very close to town - no transfer needed for most people. I booked the View of Naples tour - the liver commentary is very good - however the trip is supposed to be 3.5 hours, it’s actually 3 hours with half of that being off the coach to explore - about 10 minutes walk from the ship! Can’t say it’s value for money but it is beautiful and the views along the way from the top of the hill are spectacular- even when there is a morning mist covering Besuvius and the Sorrento peninsula and Capri.

We did the tour of Pompei and it was absolutely stunning! To walk through and take it all in was amazing. If you love history and culture, this is a tour you will definitely enjoy!!

Awesome view from the port looking over the city. Did the Walking through Naples Pizza and Secret Tunnel Tour. Was a fantastic tour, seen some great buildings. The Tunnel tour was very interesting. Guide very informative. So much history in the tunnels. Great pizza

This was a very long day but SO worth every minute! 9 hours. We took the Pompei, Almafi coast by land and sea tour. Again our guide was great, Pompei was just an amazing sight to see, and the information our guide provided made it that much better, then the drive up and down the mountain which was gorgeous, we had time to walk around the seaside village before getting in a boat for a ride along the coast. This was a great tour which included lunch.

did the capri, sorrento, and Pompeii tour was also great but not enough time to enjoy eveything... when I go again will j6st do capri or Pompeii not both in the same day
