Didn't have enough time to experience Naples as we headed out toward Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, fabulous!

Visit to Amalfi coast. Would skip Sorrento next time. To busy. In retrospect I would have taken the cruise Amalfi excursion. I took a group taxi. Would have liked to see Positano

It’s a pretty ordinary city but plenty to see if you visit Amalfi, Capri or Pompeii.

We made it to Sorrento no tanks to the travel director. We were able to take the local bus a few hundred meters out side the port to the main train station and took the Metro to Sorrento. All information given from locals. The travel direction should have been more informative on how to get about and the cost of local transportation.

Only to Pompaii or Vesuvius get the bus that it is out of the port. But if I wanted to go somewhere else, I will get a short excursion.

We loved the coastal drive but weren't expecting Pompeii to be as busy as it was.
