Go to Pompeii, totally worth it as is the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful views. Wished we could have done Capri Island as well.

Went to Pompei and Ercolano (Herculaneum). If you take the train, make sure you take the ones that go to Pompie Scavi and Ercolano Scavi, otherwise you will be walking miles, when you could be dropped off at the entrance (in Pompei, in Ercolano its a few blocks downhill). Amazing sites for best preserved ancient cities.

excellent access to the city from the port. Naples is not a real destination but a good place to get something to eat and buy some basic items. Over all enjoyed the tour we took to pompeii

Very disappointed, as we waiting in line for 2 hours to catch the ferrie to Capri, to no avail. All boats full. There's nothing else to see in Naples, and we did visit Pompeii and Vesuvius on a previous visit.
