Use the ship excursions here, we used a none Norweigian tour here and were a little disappointed. Go to Vevisuios that view ist to die for.

We booked a tour to Sorrento, but there was a fire on the roads and we could not make it. If you have not seen Capri, I will highly recommend a trip there instead of Sorrento. Pompeya is another good option.

Go see Pompeii early in the morning when it is not too hot or crowded. Drive the Amalfi coast and the see Positano. Sorrento was also nice.
