We took the shuttle bus with Msc. 13 euros each. Took you straight into Bilbao. Please note the guggenheim museum is closed on Mondays unless you book excursion with Msc.

Docked right near shopping mall, gorgeous walk to beautiful beach only 15 minute walk.

We did not go on an organised excursion but decided to walk to the closest beach. This was only 800 metres away and took only about 20 minutes. The beach itself was large and clean! Very busy even with the locals. However the water was very cold!!

Loved Bilbao. La Rioja wine tour was probably our favorite excursion of the cruise. Great wine and the best winery we've seen and we've been to many. The Frank Gehry designed hotel is very impressive
