Three hours to Paris. We took a limo. Shore excursions are very expensive and for a family of five or six it can be costly to see some of the sites.

Grey and wet and cold. This port had personal significance for many on board as they revisited war time memories. I chose to explore on my own which may have been a mistake as the weather did not cooperate.

No excursion, just took the shuttle and walked the town with stops at the bakery for pastries and lunch by the waterway in the park. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Only transportation is shore excursion bus ride (2.5 hrs) into Paris. There's is a train but it takes just as long. You're only provided aprox 4 hrs to tour Paris. Check before you cruise, national rails were putting together 1 hr train ride from Le Havre to Paris. Much cheaper than shore excursion of $129/pp roundtrip

This is a commercial port, with little to offer tourists. We took a bus into Hornfluer (nearby) which was charming but very crowded
