Our expectations of the ship were let down, by a few things. The cruise channel on TV said that Frankie and Benny's were included in the Deluxe drinks package but it was not. The Dinning room experience put us off as well
Embarkation
4 out of 5
We arrived late due to train problems, tried to ring a number I was given to let them know but got no answer. I finally got a call back at 3 pm when I was supposed to be boarding to return my missed calls, was told it would be OK as I was only about 5 min away. Got to the port and booked in.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The first night we attended our allotted Dining table and had a good time talking to the four other guests at the table. They were traveling with their family but were on different tables. At the end of the meal the supervisor came and asked if we would be willing to move so that the family could sit together, we said yes and were told we would have a window table. The following night we went to Dinner to find we had been put with a foreign couple with 2 young children and the surrounding tables were also full of young children. When the supervisor came around we told him we were not happy about this and he said he would try and get us another table. The next day we got a message in our cabin to say we had been moved to a table about 2 away from where we were put. Still around the children's area, we decided to go to the Windjammer that night. The next day we got a call at 6.05pm saying they had got us a table for 4, after we had made arrangements to go back to the Windjammer. The same happened the following night again at about 6.10, ten minutes after we were due to attend. So of the 5 nights we were on board we only attended the Dinning Room twice. The one thing I look forward to on the cruise that I go on is dressing up for Dinner in the Dinning Room.

Ship tip
I use a CEPAP machine and put this down on my form about medical conditions, when I arrived at my cabin they had left me some Distilled water and an extension for my machine, the extension was American and no good to me but the thought was there.
I know but the person on the Cruise Channel said it was included in the package that was what I meant, had he not said it I would not have been bothered
We love the Navigator! But I will agree the dining room is a 2 star at best.... Quality has diminished a bit, we have been fortunate to have great table staff though which was the only reason we returned most nights....
May I ask what Frankie and Bennys is? I'm going on the NOS next year and am looking forward to it. Sorry you had a bad time :( I hope you at least had a little fun!
