Review summary

Great break, highly recommended, the level of service was amazing with something to keep you occupied all the time. Do realize that sailing in the Bay of Biscay in October won't mean the weather is nice.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Just as it should be, safety conscious and personal

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We used all of the ship's eating places, but not the speciality ones. There was lots of food, great selection, and where served by waiters, polite and cheerful, one complaint - they keep asking 'are you enjoying your food'!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Weather was bad so the pools were not always open, the hot tubs were though. The same applied to the climbing wall and flowrider, when they were open they were excellent

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The general atmosphere of live music being played throughout the ship was quite pleasant. The stage show performers worked hard and put on a great performance only to be spoiled by poor scripts

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Its like a dream come true, everywhere you turn someone is waiting to look after you. The cabin steward was especially a delight.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
If you watch carefully there's a whole group of crew just going around polishing and dusting!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Much bigger than imagined, well designed with all the facilities you need for the brief time you are in it.

Ship tip

Relax and enjoy yourself, there are a lot of people working hard to give you a great break.

Ports of call

Southampton (London), England

4 out of 5
Really accessible from the ship, you can walk into town!

Bilbao, Spain

5 out of 5
A beautiful Spanish town, plenty of parks and shops

Le Havre (Paris), France

5 out of 5
It was a grey day, the journey into town on the over crowded bendy bus a bit concerning. But the town is well laid out and there's plenty to do and see.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Amazingly efficient, sorry it was all over so fast.
