Took a train to Schwerin Palace instead of 3 hour bus to Berlin. Nice town and beautiful palace and grounds

Check Point Charlie was surrounded in a sea of people. It's not the original guard shack which you can find in the Allied museum. You will have to pay if you want photos with the actor/guards.

Instead of taking the train to Berlin, we took a local ferry to Rostok and then walked around Warnemunde. Very lovely, picturesque, and relaxing.
