Everything did not meet my expectation, since day one of our cruise.

Telling everyone not to book with Princess Cruise.

I had a very high expectation before I left, but got very disappointed since day one.

This was the only highlight of our cruise. Excellent stateroom.

Ship tip

I do not recommend Princess Cruise to anyone, I am already telling all my friends about my disappointment with them, very disorganize and some of the crew not happy to be there. This cruise did not meet my expectations, that was very high.

We also went on the Royal last January and be on the Regal next. Princess has alway done a excellent job and never had a bad cruise. If we would have this wouldn't be our 9th one with them.

Sailed on four different cruise lines so far and Princess is my favorite. I love Princess and don't plan on stopping. Sorry you had a bad trip but one trip to brand a whole company bad doesn't make sense to me.

I never sailed on a luxury liner until last year 2016 on my first cruise on Regal Princess. In past I took few cruises on big ships in Europe but no comparison to a luxury liner! Since my first cruise with princess I say to myself why did I wait so long to do this?? It best experience ever I had in comparison to other vacations by sea or flight or any other means!

Going on Princess for the 7 x in January and every time as been wonderful, I also have been on Disney and on the Oasis but Princess is my favorite great great service!!

We have had 9 cruises with princess all have been awesome. I would get more opinions before you make up your mind on this one.

we were on regal last November and was so pleased with ship and service. this is our 10 cruise 7 with princess 1 with Holland America and 1 with carnival.

I was on the Regal in March we had excellent service the whole we were on this ship. The Ruby was my favorite and also received excellent service. I love Princess will sail with them always!

I have only sailed with Princess (3 times now) and always happy with the service, food and entertainment. On Regal I did miss full wraparound walking deck but the adult retreat pool made up for it!
