Right in the port with all the cruise ships are docked tour boats to take passengers to see Pulpit Rock by water. The tour is about 3 hours long and also includes some other stunning scenery. This is the same boat trip the cruise ships put you on for their tour of Pulpit Rock. Buy from the tour company directly and save 50% off of the cruiseline price.

The high powered boat whisks you to the Lysefjord, then of course more waffles in a tent. It is a good trip though.

Great boat trip to Lysefjord and Pulpit Rock. We arranged the trip ourselves on Rodne cruises but you need to book early as the best times sell out quickly. Very pretty town.

We enjoyed our Pulpit Rock cruise. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The sightseeing was beautiful! We ate a delicious Norwegian waffle and got pictures with a Viking!😃
