The embarkation time meant there was not a big queue to get in to the port, the stewards were smiling too!

We booked at the holiday inn for the night before, it was fantastic. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Had a fantastic time. Embankment was very smooth and fast.

Wonderful old town. Leave time to explore. Stay at the Holiday Inn, you can literally walk your bags to the cruise-line and it is a nice hotel.

Toured two days prior to cruising. Very thankful we did this as we were too tired after the cruise.
