Imd town is beautiful and we went to the Vasa Museum which was. Wet interesting.

Location was great, but disappointed in the tour. Barely had 20 minutes to see the Vasa, which was our main attraction of the tour. Again, not enough bathroom breaks or leisure time.

Stockholm worth more than a day. Other lines cruises got inside the city but NCL ship is too big (1 hour from the port)

We took the metro into Stockholm. Around $16 for a round trip ticket. We got off in Old Town and spent the day there. Lots to see and do there.

Stockholm is an hour train ride from the cruise terminal itself. We wanted to see the Abba Museum, so we were able to go to Stockholm, see the museum and get back on the train and be back on the ship in time.

An independent tour that involves a train ride is easy and convenient. A ship or external excursion can be considered but it would be multiple (5x) dollars amount compared to an independent tour.

Too little information surrounding free transfers and NCL should have informed us before final payment that we would not dock in Stockholm.
