Review summary

We had a very good experience with Princess Cruise, considering its large size/number of guests. The service we got from dining and drink servers, Stewards and other crew staff was excellent. The food is nothing compared to other cruises (Carnival, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Oceana). The destinations and shows were amazing.

Received excellent service from Enrique Derain from Concierto dining and Gef Pinero (Steward); both are very personable, kind, courteous, friendly, respectful, hardworking, and always wear a smile.

Cabin size is just okay, and layout is nice. Our Steward, Gef Pinero, is very personable, respectful, courteous, kind, hardworking, helpful. He never fails to great ("good morning/afternoon/ evening") us and always with a smile. Our room is always spot clean, with clean linens and towels. With his help, we were able to have our broken luggage repaired; we are so glad that that we were able to use it again. He was proactive and asks us what we need. Without even asking him, we were surprised to have extra hangers when he noticed that we had much clothes to hang. We never experienced this kind of service from previous 4 cruises (even from luxury cruise).
