Was a huge surprise we went on a Shore excursion with BrilliantLiverpoolTours.com & we were astounded how much maritime history there was & how & why the city has changed. They were deservedly European Capital of Culture in 2008 & they are clearly proud of the legacy left by the Beatles. Don’t miss the stunning Victorian Round Library & thé cathedrals & a great guide with some Beatles music & other funny stories made for a great day out.

Walking through Liverpool on the Pub visit was a lot of fun and staggering back was even more fun.

Saw as much Beatles as we could in the morning and then did the Beatles Tour. City is much nicer than what I was expecting

A fun place in city center. Walk off the ship and you're there. Super friendly folks.

I loved the port. You do not need to take a shore excursion as there is much to see closeby. Visit the old harbor, ride the Big Wheel and do the Beetles Story all within walking distance. There is also a nearby church. The Radio tower is fun but a longer alk from the ship. Plenty of nearby mall

We chose the tour to North Wales on Busy Bus. Booked online. It was spectacular. The Welch ice cream is the best I've ever had. Snowdonia Park was beautiful.

Interesting history. City tour excursion too heavy on churches. Go for the Beatles

The ship docks right in the heart of Liverpool which is great. Rather than taking an excursion to Conwy Castle, we decided to take the train which worked out well. Highly recommend Conwy Castle, it was awesome to get to walk around inside and a great place to take photos!
