Ship offered no tour and cold weather and rain was a downer

We stayed a few extra days and my only complaint was the Canal Christmas Light Tour we took at night was a complete waste of time. Cold boat, windows that constantly fogged up and poor narration.

We thought it was a little dirty. My husband enjoyed walking through the Red Light District. I liked the canal ride.
