Couldn't ask for a more attentive group of people. As is typical on these small ships the crew get to a point where they anticipate your needs and wants.

Ship was kept spotless. Only 4 stars because I don't like the rooms with the combination French balcony and outside balcony.

Cabin / Stateroom

I prefer the compititions design of all French balcony. I have found that sitting in a chair with the full length window open is as good as being out on the balcony plus it gives you more area inside your room.

We stayed a few extra days and my only complaint was the Canal Christmas Light Tour we took at night was a complete waste of time. Cold boat, windows that constantly fogged up and poor narration.
