We should have gone to Athens, the port was not impressive and the market terrible, Did find an internet cafe at 1 euro for 30 mins. Much better than on board which was 12 euro for 30 mins with lots of cut outs. I should have complatined about that earlier

I took the tour Ancient Athens & Plaka. The ancient Athens was only drive through the sights. Don't recommend. The Plaka would like to suggest that the tour company will offer shopping and or foodie. I am not a shooper.

Overcrowded, overpopulated, not worth the time and money. As I heard from others prior to the trip, it's nicknamed the "A-Crap-olis"

The shore excursion Athen & the Acropolis was a pretty good tour. Plenty of time to take pictures and be on your own at the site.

Don't bother using the ship's transportation - it is extremely easy to grab a cab from the airport or from the center of town. It is SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive and the cabs have set prices so you don't have to worry about being cheated.
