Great time visiting the Roman Palace. We especially loved our excursion to Trogir. The Old Town & Cathedral were awesome. We also had the best gelato from the entire trip here.

We booked a tour to Medugorje and this day was pouring rain, so maybe a bit of a bust because of the weather. I’m not sorry I went, but maybe I should have left my non Catholic cousin to tour Split which looked beautiful too.

We were not happy with our tour- Grand Diocletian Tour. We were led to believe this was a small group tour, but in fact there were people walking on paying far less than we did. The open-air bus was not much to write home about. You drive around for 45 minutes with no stops. Then you walk thru the town with a guide... who was difficult to hear because the group was big.
