This was the most beautiful port on our Mediterannean cruise. Hadn't heard of the place before but it certainly was an eye stopper!!! If I had the chance again I would not hesitate to return

OMG would be where I would start. Get yourself up by 6am and join about 75 other souls for the sailing into the Kotor "fjord." You may think you won't need to go to Norway after that experience. (Check in out on Google to see the ship's route. It is over an hour from the sea to the port and worth 75 pictures if not 100

Besides the local tour companies practically assaulting you as you get off the tender, this small wall fortress was a good place to visit. The town's intricate alleys and squares reminded you of Venice; the eats/restaurants were very good...the overhead spray misting system in the restaurant we chose for lunch was great to cool off; the fortress hike up is well worth the exhaustion and sweat...the view is incredible and you can get your exercise in for the day!

Booked a tour with the ship. Bay of Kotor Tuk-Tuk tour. Beautiful town. So much to see so little time.

We anchored way too far away from the old town, the tendering process took way too long (20 min boat ride one way!). The NCL excursion was excellent, though, and left us some free time to explore the lovely old town before the long tender ride back to the ship. The sail in/out of the Bay of Kotor is gorgeous and not to be missed!
