We did the City of Dubrovnik tour which included the cable car ride to the old fort. Constantly amazed at the ancientness of these cities and what all they have endured and still keep going.

loved the city and the excursion, didn't have enough time to see everything. Tendering operation was terrible, long lines and poorly organized.

Lovely city, with great architecture. A lot of history. We did the excursion, which meant we approached the city via a one hour small boat trip, rather than by a 20 minute coach, which was nice. The excursion 'stroll' through the city was a bit of a let down, it really was just a circular stroll through the town and could have imparted more history.

been here 3 times, did not book tour- old town easy to navigate.. be prepared to pay 26 dollars to just climb the wall.. use kunas for currency

Cabrio tour was the best of the bunch, clean, modern, nice views and good info. Took about an hour so then had plenty time to wander about the old town on our own (which was iconic perhaps, but also very crowded and fairly dirty). The shuttle back to the ship was included (other guests had to pay $15pp) - wayyy too far to walk though.
