The evening stroll through old Havana was wonderful. You’ll need a cruise that stays overnight in Havana, however, to book this excursion. The tour around the city in a vintage car was interesting and a lot of fun. We booked this tour in advance through our Cruises Only and we loved it.

Havana is tired but historic. No credit cards allowed and we refused to pay the penalty charged only on US dollars. So, we did not exchange money and had to book an excursion to get off the ship. US dollars are only accepted for tips but not for service or items. There is also an additional $75/person visa charge which is another Castro rip-off to penalize visitors. Not a very welcoming country that has so little to offer other than historic squares and 1950's cars.

Cuba is by far my favorite port! We did the nightlife in Havana which is totally worth it! The people were nice! It is really nice to see Cuba making a comeback!

Definitely a go see location. Somewhat frozen in History. But not something you will need to go back too. Don't be afraid of dark streets because they are all dark at night, but generally safe. Eat at the private restaurants, not the state owned ones. Definitely be sure to get to the Tropicana Show. It was fabulous.

Havana Cuba was great to experience. The cultural and people were fun to interact with. Like everyone says the cars are very cool to see. The food, drinks and atmosphere were great. Definitely plan on going ASAP before it gets too Americanized and local prices rise!

The residents of Cuba were gracious hosts. We enjoyed our tour of the city and look forward to returning many times.

Riding a taxi is like a Highway robbery. We went to Buena Vista Social Club, a 2 miles away from the Port. Taxi driver asked for $40.00 and $80.00 round trip. Cuba government needs to regulate the taxi fares. It reminded me of Jamaica that you can't trust no one.

Had a great time in Havana although feel bad for the citizens who have very poor living conditions.
