The food tour was excellent. Didn't get to see much of the city, as we arrived late, but what we saw of the city and the harbor was interesting.

We did the walking food tour of San Juan. While it was mainly contained to walking near the port area, we did visit a couple of nice cafes, sites etc, the historical tutorial from our guide was informative. Could of had better mofongo elsewhere but the experience was nice with such short port time.

San Juan has done a wonderful job of cleaning up after the hurricane damage last fall. We went to a Resort For A Day at the Marriott Stellaris on disembarkation day because our flight wasn't until after 5pm. It was beautiful.

Use the city buses for free and go to El Morro.

My family is from PR so San Juan is my second home. Its beautiful and the port area is very safe and beautiful to even just walk around, day or night.

Did our own walk about Old town which is charming and went to the forts which were very historic and nice. Only 7.00 entrance fee.
