Food at main dining is not so good. Service at night (Ian was attentive, Randy's happiness was contagious & very informative) & lunch ala carte was okay. But main dining buffet section at lunch, nobody said hi at all, we felt ignored when they check other tables & we weren't. Yet amazingly with Windjammers crowd & busyness, staff had time to say hi, even the sous Chef?! Unbelievably, he had time to check guests here & there, on 2 occasions we met him.
Adding a review on the next tab is impossible, the site crashes & I loose my comments thus this is separate from my above rate. This is a very important section for us. THE SOLARIUM BISTRO 10 STARS!!!
Beyond excellent service & we loved their food! Jennie the assistant manager not just seats us, but checks us every time we go there. Marvin was fast as he was aware we had to attend a show. & Ronald, awesomeness, he goes above & beyond! Where do they get their energy?! We saw Ronald assisting lunch, servicing dinner even helping out at Boardwalk. Staff who weren't assigned to us, checks us out too. & it's packed every time. The team work in Solarium Bistro was just amazing! We will never forget their special treatment to us & I learned a lot from their service that I will apply on my job. The simple kindness & smiling a lot!

We watched CATS 3x because there was a technical difficulty...
We loved, loved Come Fly With Me & Frozen in Time, we went on both reservations & walked in again, so twice we saw each.

Cabin / Stateroom

We didn't have enough money for this time off, I just want to go away after a stressful event, we were surprised how comfortable it was in an inside cabin?! We slept good & bed was comfy! I never felt this relaxed when we had balconies, odd. But I will be booking inside cabins now in the future!

Relax, there's time for everything, one by one you'll be able to do it! It's your vacation!
Good job! Personally I PREFER inside cabins. Especially mid shipp. Quite dark cooler(NO SUNSHINE) and less ship movement. Sail balconies, Oceanview and Suites. Sail inside and go twice a year for what you pay suite. Not trashing the other cabins. If youhave to have sun or breeze, balconies are great. If you're into more privacy and pampering go with suites. Nothing is right or wrong it's about what make you happy
