Ocean World was very interesting. Port is being developed nicely, but surrounding are is depressed.

This was the only port we had never been to before. We had such a great day! We hope to return here again! We did the Ocean World Day Pass and Dominican Adventure excursion. It was well worth it! We really had so much fun watching the show with dolphins, sea lions, birds, and sharks; and we didn’t have any kids with us! LOL a lunch buffet was included and quite good.

The new port was beautiful. The medicina was great at helping us get my husband's insulin that we needed. All the employees were friendly.

Took a Resort for a Day pass to Sunscape Resort. Place is wonderful but time was too short.

Nothing special

Did the dune buggy excursion through the rain forest. This is a blast, and was far out of our box! We had a kick and will do it again! The Dominican is a poor and dirty island so just be prepared to see poverty etc.

We had a driver for the day. The "sights" in Puerto Plata aren't really worth seeing. We took the cable car up to the top of the mountain and toured the botanical gardens. It was very peaceful and beautiful up there.

Did a walking tour saw the cigar factory, tried the local rum and chocolate. And learned about the stone Laramie

More T shirt shops, etc. Again!
