Did no excursions, just stayed around the port. Carnival has a couple of pools and a water slide that are free. The zip line, boats, boards, cabanas, food and drinks all cost money. Over all a nice port if you are staying close to the ship and are doing no excursion.

We did an excursion here as well - to an all inclusive resort. The pool was beautiful. The facility was pretty. The lunch was very good. Bartenders were great. I knocked off one star only because the beach wasn't great and no one was warned that they'd need street clothes to eat. (We were told to bring a change of clothes - but that isn't descriptive enough - need to say without proper attire you can't enter the dining area).

Monkey land with the ship and it was great. Got to see the countryside and sit with the monkeys. I thought we had booked with monkey jungle but was with monkey land.

We went on the combo zip line and 27 waterfalls shore excursion and had an amazing trip. We booked thru Carnival and Mega Adventures. David was our guide and he was fun. We had a great trip. The waterfalls were awesome. It was a hike to get there but it was really fun sliding down the rocks and into the fresh cool water! Highly recommend it to anyone who is up for an adventure.
