We did a private excursion just driving around. Beautiful scenery. We did quite a bit of souvenir shopping here and we ate an authentic Jamaican breakfast!

We enjoyed this part of the tri the most. Definitely do the Dunn River Falls. We will plan a separate vacation only to Jamaica as it was the highlight of the trip.

Booked a resort day at the Hotel RIU Ocho Rios through a company called Jaital Tours. Had a great day using their beach, pool and all inclusive facilities (food and drink).

Hopefully you get the better dock than we had because we got the "James Bond" dock. We had to navigate through railroad ties, gantry cranes, uneven sidewalks, just like we were "cargo", then before we got to the gate to walk 1/2 mile to the shops, we were attacked by aggressive taxi drivers. We turned around and went back to the ship.

Friendly people, beautiful island. The whole family enjoyed horseback riding in the countryside and ocean.

We did the excursion to Bamboo Beach, which was a lot of fun, but the "shopping" afterwards was just to one single store with very limited merchandise

Shopping was good, locals hounded you constantly. Trying to deal you drugs or give you a taxi ride. Not a relaxing experience.
