JAMAICA PORT WAS CANCELLED.... Very upset that once we were on board we were told instead of waiting on clearance to Jamaica that instead we were going to mexico. No credit, nothing. I feel like they knew before hand. The food lines are always long. They are so unorganized and no one knows anything. First and last time on carnival

Princess had a great tour. Due to what happened in Aruba I refused to meet with my tour I signed up through via cruisesonly.com. They refuse to refund my money, why would I take a tour when they couldn't provide one in Aruba and never notified us it wasn't going to happen? Horrible experience and I will never use cruisesonly.com again.

Loved Ocho Rios Jamaica. We did not book an excursion but we walked 5 minutes from the cruise port to Turtle Beach. There is a $3 charge per person for the beach which is not bad at all since it's super close to the ship and I was even able to still use the ships wifi on the beach. The water is super clean and it's a white sand beach. The locals are a bit persistent. There is security guards at the beach. We also enjoyed authentic Jamaican food and beer.

I loved Ocho Rios. This wasn't my first time visiting, but the first time I actually did an excursion. We did horseback riding through the ship at Chukka Farms, which was about 45 minutes from the port. So, a bit of advise for anyone considering this excursion--- BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES, and BABY WIPES, A TOWEL, A POWER HOSE, SOAP, WATER, A WHOLE CHANGE OF CLOTHES.... SOMETHING... & Ladies, don't make the mistake I did and wear a one piece. It gets pretty messy (mud, horse pop, and other stuff lol) and the facility isn't really set up for participants to wash off. Bring at least $5 to rent a locker, and any extra cash (they do not accept credit cards... its literally the middle of nowhere). What the facility lacked in glamour, they made up with their staff. The guys there are knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, which is great if you're a first timer. (Especially O'Shane... hey boo! :-P lol)

The port was ok. The residents really try to hussle their wares. I didn't like it when they tried to put something in my hand to sell me. When you refuse they start yelling about respect. Keep your hands low and say you have a tour in 15 minutes, that seemed to keep the locals at bay. We toured Christopher Columbus (not worth the drive) and a botanical garden (very much worth it!). The botanical garden was the best part! Go to Margaritaville to swim in the ocean. They also have a water slide and pool there. Bring your snorkel!

We wanted a beach experience...enjoy the ocean, lay on a beach chair under an umbrella, drink rum from a fresh coconut and eat jerk chicken. We ended up at ROOMS beachfront resort. The water was filled with seaweed and the food was terrible. I was shocked that people paid to stay there
