Good lord they are everywhere now. Usually they try selling stuff on the beach but now they get in the water and swim by you selling crap. The people of Jamaica aren't the best and the taxi/bus system sucks!

Beautiful place, but we did not get off the ship at this port because we heard there were a lot of pick pocketers and high crime and didn't feel safe.

The horse and water excursion was wonderful and at the same time horrible. The horses areretired "race" horses. Speed is in their blood, but they are used to go exceedingly slow up very steep mountain side and down and sweet profusely before even reaching half way up. I say so many "gashes" not scrapes on their legs and so on. They were also thin. It was very sad when I thought about it. The people working with them were so kind but seemingly blind to the horses needs. The horse you go into the water with are different than the horse you use to climb the mountain. These horse are sooooo thin that the backbone literally sticks up like a ridge!!!! Some of the horses are newer and not so bad yet.

We took a bus to Doctors Cave Beach. The beach was ok but very busy. The service was really slow but I’m sure it was because of the amount of people there. There were a lot of drug deals happening right in front of us so it made my kids a little uncomfortable. I’d probably think twice before going there again.

Jamaica was not so exciting too me. You get hassled as soon as you get off the boat and they don't stop until you leave. I felt like I couldn't look at anyone or they would ask me for a taxi or offer me Jamaican Bud! We went on a party cruise with snorkeling. We loved the snorkeling but did not enjoy the cruise. We were suppose to be able to relax and they hassled us for money on the boat. They wanted to rub our feet, buy their bracelets, braid our hair and we got really annoyed. We stopped at Margaritaville suppose to be for 20 minutes but my husband and I stayed and didn't get back on the boat. We did some shopping and had some drinks at Margaritaville. Definitely go have fun at Margaritaville, go down the slide and swim in the ocean.
