My sister and I loved this ship. It was so big that we hardly felt any movement from the waves and we probably didn't even need our Dramamine pills/patch, LOL. There were lots of fun stuff to do like movies at the dive in movie theater and playing cards by the pool and inside the lounges/bars. We stayed on the ship at two of the ports, so we could take advantage of the Therapeutic pool in the spa and other hot tubs. We enjoyed listening to good music in the lounges/bars with our favorite cocktail, and playing slots at the casino during the day and even in the middle of the night. We enjoyed watching some of the shows and shopping at the stores. It was also nice to be able to get food any time of the day or late night (after hitting the casino or movie). I like the bigger ships and the view from our Ocean Suite was always amazing! The balcony was inviting just to sit and watch boats go by and get awesome sunrise and sunset pictures! We enjoyed this ship a lot and would book one of the suites again on our next cruise.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The best and fastest embarkation I have ever encountered! Great job New Orleans!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Loved the food in the dining room and specialty restaurants. The buffet was pretty good, but some of the food was dry or not very tasty. It would have been better to have the buffet open from 8 am to Midnight and then one section open only after midnight instead of different opening and closing times, which was confusing.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We had a fun time exploring the ship and going to the casino, bars, restaurants, hot tubs, lounges, shows, dive in movies, etc. We played cards in the lounges and listened to music many times. We enjoyed everything the ship had to offer and then some!
Entertainment

The shows and musicians were fabulous and gifted. We enjoyed them a lot.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service staff was very good. Everyone was helpful and very nice, but we had a hard time understanding their accents when we talked to a few of them. Our steward and cleaning person did a great job keeping our room cleaned and they were very nice.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I loved the ship design. It was beautiful and cool at the same time. I think the layout was pretty good even though you had to go to one end of the ship for pizza and then bring it to the other end for a movie LOL! But it worked out. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but it could be just showing its age. Overall cleanliness was good.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the size of our suite. It was perfect for 2 people, but may have been tight with 3 or more people. We loved the balcony and the opportunity to look at the ocean whenever we wanted. We will definitely continue to get suites because of these reasons.
Ship tip
Study the map and you will know where everything is and won't get lost.
Beautiful place, but too crowded to find a seat anywhere on the beach, even though they were included with our excursion. Restaurant food was good, but they need to expand to accommodate hundreds of people that are there in the buffet.
This took way too long and why have everyone out of the room around 8 am sitting and waiting for hours into the afternoon to get off the ship? This could have been a faster process. Not as good as the embarkation process.
