We initially planned on staying on the ship this day. But we did the catamaran, snorkel, beach party excursion through Royal Caribbean and I am so happy we did. The tour guides, shop keepers at the port, even those trying to sell us bracelets on the beach....everyone was so kind! I got braids in my hair on the beach and the woman wanted to pray for me and hugged me because I tipped her. We loved this port!

Margaritaville is right at the ship and it is beautiful. If you don't want to pay their price for lunch simply eat in the Wind Jammer and then go to Margaritaville.

Jamaica is a beautiful place ! Don’t leave the port area unless you are on sponsored excursion it’s a pretty rough area to go walking around freelance ! I did the vip bamboo beach club and Dunn’s river falls both excellent!

WE LOVED FALMOUTH JAMAICA!!! It was nothing like what people had warned us about. Now we did only stay in the shopping area but we were led to believe that it was going to be dirty, scary and that the vendors would be pushy and 'grabby'. Now again I can't say anything about what's outside the shops but inside was great. They have so many artists with their woodworking, sculptures, signs crafts. If you are looking for authentic souvenirs this is the port to get them from.

Dunn's Falls was the best time we have had. We bought the video because we didn't have a water proof camera. You will get 100 soaked from top to bottom, wear water shoes and HAVE FUN... We did and will do it again sometime.

Only visited shops in the immediate port area, and did not go on any excursions. Keeping to these shops, we did not encounter any aggressive behavior from the local vendors. People in the shops were very friendly and helpful.
