Review summary

We liked all regarding this cruise. Good waiters, good room steward but we had an event with the one employ that is supposed to take care of your problems or needs. His name is Adrian Sanchez. He is the employee in charge of guest relations. We tried for 5 days to tell him that he had not sent the correct wine that we are due as Diamond Plus guests. He tried every way to tell us we were wrong including telling my roommate " Well let me talk to your husband and he and I will straighten this out!!! Well this takes the cake in the day and age doesn't it. Well of course it turns out he was wrong and he sent the wine. When we complained to his boss his only concern was not us and our treatment but that Adrian had not been at his post when he should have been. It was a big disappointment.

We always enjoy the Italian Food Special restaurant especially a good deal at lunch on sea days!!

Bubbas band , Phil in the piano bar and Russ in Pub all excellent!!!

Galveston, Texas Did not visit port

Love to have breakfast at "The Star" which is so neat (used to be a pharmacy) and the food and atmosphere is great. Just 4 blocks from the ship but completely out of the bedlam of the folks getting on and off.

Best Margarita int the world is at Palmero's downtown on the waterfront. Great Mexican food and the greatest Margarita ever buit. It is the real McCoy. Much better than on the ship at the specialty restaurant and a third of the cost. Great atmosphere.

Margaritaville is right at the ship and it is beautiful. If you don't want to pay their price for lunch simply eat in the Wind Jammer and then go to Margaritaville.

what do you need to do at this point is to let Royal Caribbean off the ship call them and let them know about him and how poor he is.

funny that his boss told us that he'd never had a complaint I think people need to start complaining on him when they have a problem with him because he this was the second time he had showed rudeness about a situation with us on two different cruises where he was wrong

Adrian is not good. we have had issues with him as well. make sure you add that to your post cruise review.
