Our boys went zip lining and loved it. Food and drinks were excellent. Transportation was pricey so we stayed at the port.

Loved Jamaica danced in the streets and shopped. I believe we went swimming here.

The people of Jamaica were the nicest and most welcoming of all the ports. We took a 5 hr bus tour to Montego Bay and the countryside. Visited a plantation and ate. Traditional Jamaican meal and drank Lemon Red Stripe. The Red Stripe beer you drink in the US doesn’t compare to the one we had in Jamaica. Hope to return!

Too faraway from most activities. Ocho Rios better port, easier to get to fun things to do.

Jamaica has a tiny and beautiful port marketplace. Bars, restaurants and stores are a little crouded, but it is cool.

The port had a few shops, but beyond the port , NOTHING ! Took an hour bus ride to Dunn’s River Falls . Areas beyond the port were quite sketchy with lots of garbage on the streets. Driving was a bit scary, lots of honking and passing when it wasn’t exactly safe. Really enjoyed Dunn’s River Falls , it was the high light of the Jamaica stop . After the Falls stop, the bus took us to Bamboo Beach Club and it was very disappointing. It was advertised as all you can eat & drink ... but food was late coming out and drinks were scarce. The VIP bus was 30 minutes late getting back to the ship because they waited so long for their food. There were way too many bus loads of people and the resort could not handle the volume. Only two toilets so you had to wait 20-30 minutes to use the bathroom. Beach was okay, but no where near as nice as Doctors Cave public beach in Montego Bay. I would not recommend the beach break excursion, but I would recommend the Falls.

The port area was superb. Very clean and the nicest shopping area I have seen in a port area but once you left the gates of the port, the area of town (or whole town for all I know) was very slum-like and dirty. We ended up going back to the port and taking a trolley ride to see the city, which we really enjoyed. I would book an excursion on the ship prior to going to this port if I were to go here again.
