We enjoyed our excursions to Dunn River Falls and the caves.

Fine shopping experience, locally-distilled rum and locally-grown coffee were on our shopping list. Good eating options, bring your swimsuit if you visit Margaritaville!

Beautiful port, unfortunately the rest of Falmouth is ran down and dilapidated. We booked an excursion taking a bus ride through Montego Bay and spending 3 hrs at Doctor's Cave Beach which was gorgeous. Warm clear water and clean beach.

I would honestly skip any excursions the boat provides because taking a tour from a local guide is almost half the price and they take you to more locations

The location was beautiful. FYI, if you leave the port area, and do not take a guide, you'll be petitioned every 3 steps. Bring a portable radio, great radio stations.

Booked a jipline trip through CheapCruises. Had a blast. Not for the weak. The cruise lines have gone through great expense to make this port safe. The vans pick you up and return you to the dock. Never felt unsafe here, but don't recommend going off on your own here.

We did the Bamboo Beach VIP excursion thru Royal Caribbean. Was nothing as described it should be. Def not VIP. We left 30 minutes late , everyone had boarded bus but we sat there and didnt leave until 10 so when we got to beach was already overcrowded and our host sat us in the back shaded area, couldnt even see the ocean when sat in regular chairs... only one padded , description said two padded chairs in secluded area. Several of us moved to a sunnier area, but still no view... Never saw a chef that was suppose to be grilling in front of us. Food okay, drinks okay. Two other cruise lines there and I think they over sold excursion. Had walk down a hill to beach. Bathroom facilities sparse. Two stalls in women’s for hundreds of people, wait was about 30 minutes. Stopped at a store Cultural Touch on way back... was waste. Would have rather had time to shop in shops by port which we did not have time since we got back late... had to book it to get back on ship... overall would not recommend this excursion, not worth paying extra for VIP..

We loved Jaimaica. The port is far from Ocho Ríos and Montego Bay. We didn't want to spend 2 hours in a car out of the 5 hours you get onshore. We were desperate to go to the beach and then some shopping.
