Review summary

This is a beautiful ship. The crew keeps it extremely clean and we had a great porter.  There are lots of activities for kids.  They do group them by age and are very strict about it.  Mine fell into two different age groups so that did not allow them to do much group stuff.  That was unfortunate  (mine are 15 and 18).  I understand why they do that and glad they work hard to keep our kids safe.  Food was good and you are never hungry. Ports are nice as well.  We never felt unsafe anytime we were away from the ship.

Our porter was excellent. Other staff throughout the trip were okay.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It is a little dated by extremely clean

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our balcony cabin, it's more but worth it.

Ship tip

I had a diamond ring returned to customer service. True story. Also, plan to bring money. Ship uses credit card account but excursions often want cash. Optional tip envelopes prefer cash as well. The rooms have a safe that you set. Also, pack comfortable clothes, you eat often.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

When you leave the ship, don't try to walk to your car. Port of Galveston does not make this convenient.

Cozumel, Mexico

Had a blast snorkling. Booked with Playamia through CheapCruises.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Went to the beach. It was beautiful but expensive. They really take advantage of visitors.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Booked a jipline trip through CheapCruises. Had a blast. Not for the weak. The cruise lines have gone through great expense to make this port safe. The vans pick you up and return you to the dock. Never felt unsafe here, but don't recommend going off on your own here.
