Make a reservation at Mr Sanchos all inclusive beach club. Short 17$ cab ride. Your waiter brings you to a beach chair and serves you drinks all day. Decent food is included. When you've had enough back in the cab to the boat. Very easy no drama

Was there two days. 1st day we did the mercado and walked around. It was nice. Got better deals than pier area. Stocked up on mexican snacks. 2nd day did paradise beach. Beautiful amenities, but they majorly lacked customer service. To check in was long, first they couldn’t find the reservations. Even showing them their QR and confirmation #. Then they said one hadn’t paid deposit when we clearly had the reservation showing a balance of 1/2 of the cost, because the other 1/2 was paid up front. After 45 minutes (everyone including 2 elderly with walkers had to wait standing even though their reservation had been cleared they weren’t allowed to pass through until the other reservation got sorted out) and having to repay, they said once we can show them our CC statement they’ll refund it. Got served literally 2 pieces of shrimp for the Garlic shrimp plate. Shrimp cocktail was served in a flat plate. Yes it’s all inclusive and you can order more, but when you constantly can’t find your waiter and when you finally get his attention it takes another 30 minutes to get the food. Not to mention it took 45 minutes to get an order of tortillas. Then When we tried ordering at the bar we were told by our waitstaff we had to order drinks through them only. Later we were told by bar service that we could order through them but waitstaff doesn’t want to share tips so they tell you to order through them only. If it wasn’t for the awesome service provided by bartender Edgar, it was have been a terrible experience. We did try to make the best of it but Doubt we’ll be back.

We have been several times & still like going. We were one of two ships in Cozumel that day, last visit, there were at least 5! So this was a different experience. It was calm. We finally checked out Mr Sancho's. We were asked when we got to taxi if we had reservations. We did. $17 each way for 2 of us by taxi. Group of 8 friends was $36 each way. We got a table, lounge chairs & our own waiter, in addition to AI for $55. I got a deep tissue massage, and leg massage, I think for $70 all together 😬. Very good! I used my own snorkel gear and got my snorkel fix right off the shore. Not many types of fish, but enough to enjoy so not to pay to go out. We will go back!
