Beautiful town with tons of quality shops, we did the Mayan Jungle horseback riding excursion...we had a blast but we suggest you bring cash as everything is for sale and tips are strongly suggested.

We chose the Palancar Reef Snorkel, Sail & Beach excursion. Our tour guide was Manuel. Him and his crew were the best and took very good care of us. We snorkled(with him in the water as a guide) for 45 mins. to an hour. We cruised to Playa Maya(water park) which was also fun.

Lot to see either by tour or on your own. Lots of shopping and ability to bargain. The day was hot so we took our time. Have been to Cozumel many times before.

We did Playa Mia Beach Resort as we were not able to get into Mr. Sanchos where we normally go. Playa Mia Beach Resort is nice but my husband despite only having a few margarittas over a few hours doesn't remember part of our time there and the evening is fuzzy. The drinks were pre-mixed, not sure what type of alcohol they used or if something wasm slipped into a drink. We won't be going back.

Cab drivers was awesome you don't have to pay to go to the beach oasis makes it seem like u have to pay to go to the beaches u don't.
