Mr. Sanchos is EVERYTHING! We loved it and it was worth every penny! About $140 everything included. The beach was gorgeous and we appreciated that it was just a short drive from the port. There is TONS of shopping right outside the port so do make sure you bring cash. The ATMs were broken at the port and that was fortunate for us because some other travelers told us they incurred an enormous ATM fee using the ATM at the port. We walked down to the shopping center and found an actual bank called CI Banco that we were able to pull out money. Walk down to the shopping center, maybe 5 min walk, and when you get there Its a green bank storefront with an ATM and bank lobby inside. We pulled out pesos instead of dollars and we double checked with the bank teller what the bank fee would be. It cost us less than a dollar to pull out money from the CI Banco ATM.

Loved Mr. Sanchos, worth every penny, great service, people , and drinks. Beautiful beach!! Quick ride there and back but make sure you know which port you are docked at as there are three in Cozumel.

I did the excursion to Passion Island on an aquarium twister from Carnival. It was the most exhilarating, exciting boat ride I ever done. We were told to take off our cover ups, shorts, etc and just stay in your bathing suit on. They take and lock your belongings in the front of the boat because it is likely that you will get wet. We rode for about 20-25 minutes to a beautiful island. The guys were friendly and they have music playing throughout the ride. Once in the island, they have a buffet and open bar that is included in the price. The food was good, especially the Fish tacos. The island has free kayaks, hammocks on land and in the water, and swings by the bar. I'll post pics in my profile so you can look at the beauty. The ride back was even better. The boat went faster with crazy twist and turns.

Cozumel was great! Mr.Sanchos was the best and we had the best server Gaby. He would even come down to the beach and we would yell to him from the water what we wanted and he would bring it to us! Played some water volleyball and fed the fish that were in the water some chips and they ate it out of my hand all around me. So cool!

Went to Mr. Sancho's all inclusive beach club. All you can eat and drink (open bar) is always a good time! Beach was nice and made for a relaxing day.

We didn't expect to like this port. Honestly, we were quite upset that our St Thomas/St Maarten ports were substituted by Cozumel and Costa Maya - but Cozumel didn't disappoint. Cabs were well organized outside the cruise port, and the cab ride to Mr Sanchos Beach Club was a breeze (and cheap - 8 dollars for 2 passengers). Mr Sanchos Beach Club was AMAZING! They kept drinks flowing, staff was super friendly, vendors at the beach are not on your face, establishment was clean, food was great and the best part - food and drinks were ALL INCLUSIVE for less than $60/person. We had a great day there.

Take a taxi to Chankanaab park. Best water in the Caribbean, lots of other stuff to do, good safe food. Been there a dozen times, always love it.
