Cozumel, Mexico Port Reviews

Cozumel was our no excursion, just explore day. We spent all day walking through the different terminals, and out into the city. In the future, we will probably rent a Jeep and explore more of the island, as we barely scratched the surface of what Cozumel has to offer.

Took the Fury Catamaran Sunset Cruise. Loved it. Margaritas, beer and sodas included. Sailors taught line dancing on the deck and got a great photo of the sunset. Also got a great view of other cruise boats docked in several areas around the port from a vantage point I'll probably never see again. Nice trip!

I used Resort for a Day website to book a day pass at the Iberostar resort. $78.00 PP included use of beach and pool facilities (towel provided) along with a spectacular buffet lunch and unlimited drinks at all of the bars (pool bar is nice).

We did the Cozumel Bar Hop, which is not a Carnival excursion. Visited the east side of the island (no electricity), and went to 4 beach bars. Each bar was different, and got a free shot at each bar. Had some nachos with the best, fresh guacamole and salsa that is too good to describe! You could purchase drinks and food at each bar....souvenirs also. The last bar we had coconut shrimp. Everyone also got a souvenir t-shirt from Cozumel Bar Hop. Got back in time to shop for an hour or so.

Did a carriage ride. Then walked, explored the island further and did some shopping as we strolled back to the port area! Stopped for a few drinks and some food!!

All I can say is that we highly enjoy coming to Cozumel, been twice and loved it more the second time. We have a favorite restaurant called las palmers or something like that. Omg the food is out of this world amazing and authentic! Staff are friendly locals are friendly and always happy. Love coming here

My family took the Awesome Snorkel Excursion. It was affordable and a lot of fun! The taxi ride and snorkeling gear was included in the price. Lockers were $10 ($5 refunded when you return the key). Mario was our guide. He gave a quick review of equipment and made sure everyone felt comfortable. We later relaxed at the beach and swimming pool. There is a restaurant and bar to purchase lunch and drinks. The bathrooms were clean.

Luis the chef taught us how to prepare a three course Mexican meal. This cooking class was fun because of Luis’ great sense of humor. We enjoyed the meal that we prepared. I highly recommend this excursion - Playa ...

Been here many times so we decided to take a taxi ($31) to a tequila shop we like and did some shopping in town. He then took us to Paradise Beach $3 pp to get in.
