This was a very different stop. The people were friendly. The Emerald pool and rain forest trip is a must. The shopping was limited to "made in China" items. Although there were a few local Carib indian sales.

Make sure you book any shore excursion through the ship. At this port 16 people were injured in an accident. Five are still in critical condition after a week. Ship handled everything very well but open sided tour buses are not built for safety. The roads are very narrow with very steep drop offs. Last week of March was carnival in the city of Roseau - ear splitting loud music will wake you up at 6:30 AM

Must see the Rain Forrest........and sulfer hot springs....waist of time was trying to stay dry on this tour.

It was Carnival so the "natives" were drunk and who knows what else...and there was an accident one of the excursions and there were 14 people with VERY serious injuries - roads are TERRIBLE...very poor...felt a little unsafe here...
