Love this little island! The port terminal we came into was not so great, but do-able. Pretty sure we came in where the cargo is shipped in and out of. We took a tour from a local company and had an awesome time! The local are always who we choose to get tours from. Way cheaper than the cruise line and way more informative!

Reggae Beach Bar and Grill was a great experience! Liz Pereira was so professional. She picked us up at the port, took us on a tour where the oceans meet and finally a great day at Reggae Beach

The first year we went to St Kitts we weren't impressed to be inept but I will admit we only explored local to the port by foot. The following year the ship docked again in St Kitts and this time we hopped into an open mini bus driven by a local guy who was fantastic and knowledgeable about this island. We have a fantastic time and came back with a love of St Kitts. Can't wait until Britannia docks there next year so we can explore the island again!

Took the side trip to Fairview Great House and Brimstone Hill. The views from the fortress are not to be missed and the botanical garden at the great house are colorful and very picturesque.

St. Kitts: was missed by the hurricanes. It was nice to visit an island that is still lush and green. The people are friendly and it is a beautiful place to visit. A caution however, there are folks with monkeys that will want you to take a picture with the monkeys for $10. These little guys are quick and will be on your head, shoulder, and/or arm in a flash.

The information station is right at the port to help direct you, which was great. I toured the island with Annie's Caribbean Tours and it was the best tour I ever experienced. We toured and stopped at many locations, which was phenomenal. And at the end of the tour, Annie treated us with a cup of her Holy Ghost Rum Punch, and it was delicious. Annie knows her history and this tour was, in my book, the #1 tour to do.

By far our favorite, due to the magnificent beach we went to for the day. Lots of bargains to be had in the shopping area near the water taxis. Fun excursion on a speedboat to get over to the beach. For $28/per person it was well worth it. This included the boat ride, two beach chairs, and two welcome rum punches!

We took a water taxi to Frugate Beach for the day. It was a nice, peaceful, relaxing day. Not much traffic on this beautiful beach. The food at the beach bar was very good.

We stayed close to the cruise port with the expectation of picking up some gifts, relaxing with a nice local drink, at lower prices than on the ships, and listening to music. We found great prices and found some nice liquid gifts for family and friends.
