Go private, rent the ATV for the day. Capture every tour offered by ship in one day, we saw the fort, plantation, train, beaches, look out point and the entite island in 6 hours on our own. Drivers and people were freindly even when they drove on the wrong side of the road LOL

We did a dolphin encounter at this port, it was so much fun! The only thing we didn't care for is they GAUGE you on the pictures! They tell you in advance that you can't take your own pictures, but they also don't tell you how much they are going to charge for pictures. It was A LOT. But it was worth it and we had a great time.

We went on the train ride that goes around the island. It's a railroad that was built to haul sugar from the plantations to the port. There was a lot of nice scenery. It's a good way to see the island. They also had complimentary drinks and singers that went from car to car singing island songs.

Went to st Kitts in February/18. Been once before and did the train ride tour nice tour of the island. This time was beach after getting off the ship the taxi drivers can be pushy we just picked one and got lucky with Frankie. We did reggae beach nice ride there with a stop of an amazing view 7$pp each way prices r regulated. The Caribbean side of the island is much nicer. Going back on next years cruise researching for another beach but looks like we might go back to reggae again!

Royston tours is an amazing tour for young people who can hike. He has a little beat up van that can go to secret spots no other tour can take you for amazing views. A great local perspective. Truly an amazing experience and he was exceptional in planning the day. Saw everything and even went to the beach for 2 hours! Highly recomended
