Took ferry to Trunk Bay, St. John’s. Worth the 2.5 hour trip. Fantastic snorkeling. Take food for fish and you will be surrounded. Beautiful beach. Only difficulty was waiting on taxis and their cost.

Loved it! best stop we've experienced! We got off, walked around, found a funicular to the mountain, we spent the day admiring the view, having bushwhackers and enjoying the food in the restaurant a top the mountain. They were also some shops which had very interesting stuff. Totally recommend St. Thomas as an interesting DIY island to explore.

We have been here many times. Took a trolley to the center of town to have lunch and do a little shopping.

We had 3 families traveling together. We booked David’s Fun Tours months ahead of the cruise for an island tour in St Thomas. It was our favorite day! David was delightful, funny & informative and the van was clean! He spent the entire day with us and showed us all of the island. He had a cooler of water for us and set us up at the beach. He waited while we relaxed and when we finished he took us to the other side of the island. The kids thought the tour would be boring but all agreed David made it the best day!

Nice shopping right off the boat, very clean and safe. We went to Megan Bay Beach and although the beach was extremely beautiful, I think the ride there and back was the best part for me. Got into one of those open bus trucks and paid $8 a piece and took this crazy ride up and down the mountain barely touching passing cars and trees with the most amazing views. A lot of fun!! Just keep your hands and arms inside the bus the whole time. We had kids putting their arms out taking pictures and I am not kidding, you are inches away from trees and other vehicles. The beach was also amazing, very pretty views and the pizza was some of the best pie I ever had.

Instead of paying the Royal Caribbean price, we got caught a bus taxi and went to Megans Bay. It is a beautiful place.

St. Thomas was beautiful! Went on Castaway Girl catamaran Sail and snorkel to turtle cove. It was so fun seeing sea turtles and tropical fish. Paradise point thing was down. Lots of construction downtown

A very beautiful island. Cab/bus rides can be very sketchy but amazing beaches. Traffic can be hell if theres an accident on a two lane road. Plan extra travel time
